Ellen Van Gemmett, lead for the Essex Lifestyle Service said:

"Everyone is welcome to drop in between 10am - 3pm.  There will be lots of advice and information available on a range of health issues. As well as this we will also be offering free lung function testing.  This is quick and easy; it just involves blowing into our testing machine but the results will let you know how healthy your lungs are.
